After Tirana Business Park and MK Hotel Tirana, Lindner Garden Residence is the next investment of Lindner Group in Albania. Based in Germany, but with worldwide reach and projects, Lindner Group in just 50 years has become a leader in the construction sector. The Group (internationally renowned) specializes in building envelope, interior fit-out and insulation.

However, the experience and expertise of Lindner Group is not limited in the construction field only. During these 50 years, Lindner has successfully developed projects and various services: hotels, business centers, residential areas, organic farms, and even breweries. Just to mention the MK hotel chain, Tirana Business Park, or Lozen Residential Park.
So far, Lindner Group has built several residential centers without compromising on quality, and implementing a comprehensive vision. The focus has always been on the well-being of families, integrating them into a community rich in values and assets.
