The LUXURY villas are the most exclusive and curated residences of our garden residence. Their first advantage is their location: the greenest area. These villas are distinguished throughout the region in terms of architecture and approach to space management. Unlike the “copy-paste” villas we are used in other residences, here each of them is treated as a unique artwork. Their architecture belongs to the modern western style, where light is the key factor. Beyond the spacious windows, the facades combine elements of wood with graphite, glass and processed cement.

The villas provide two floors full of space to their owners, where there is space for two living rooms, a suite, three or even more bedrooms, and for commodities such as jacuzzi or sauna. The stairs in between the floors are of monumental dimensions, to increase the suggestive effect.
